Logo & Branding

Every Lygotype form supports a per-form logo upload. The logo appears on the form's welcome screen and at the top of each question page.

Uploading a logo

1. Open your form in the builder 2. Click Theme in the sidebar 3. Scroll to the Identity section 4. Click Upload Logo — or drag and drop a file

Accepted formats

| Format | Notes | |---|---| | PNG | Transparency preserved. Recommended for logos with transparent backgrounds. | | JPEG | Solid backgrounds only. | | WebP | Transparency preserved. Smaller file size than PNG. | | SVG | Vector — scales perfectly at any size. | | GIF | Animated GIFs are supported. |

Automatic compression

Uploaded images are automatically compressed to a maximum width of 400px. Aspect ratio is preserved. PNG and WebP transparency is maintained during compression.

Position

Three position options:

  • Top-left — Logo appears in the upper-left corner of the form card
  • Top-center — Logo appears centered above the content
  • Top-right — Logo appears in the upper-right corner

Size

A slider controls the logo display width: 24px to 120px.

For SVG files, any size renders crisp. For raster formats (PNG, JPEG, WebP), uploading at 2× the maximum display size (240px wide) will keep it sharp on retina displays.

Tips

  • Use SVG or PNG with transparency for the best result on dark form backgrounds
  • If your logo has a light background, use a PNG with a transparent background rather than cropping
  • The logo is stored in the form's theme object and travels with the form on export/import
