Viewing Responses
The Responses tab shows every submission your form has received, in real time.
Opening the Responses tab
In the form builder, click Responses in the left sidebar.
Response cards
Each submission appears as a card. Cards show:
- Response ID — A short unique identifier (last 6 characters of the full ID)
- Timestamp — When the submission was received, formatted as
Mon DD HH:MM - Auto-detected pills — Lygotype scans the submission for recognizable field types and surfaces them as coloured pills:
full_name or fullname fields)
- Email address
- Membership or type fieldsClick any card to expand it and see every field answer.
Response metadata
Each submission captures:

Real-time updates
New submissions appear without a page reload. The response count updates live.
Searching responses
Use the search field at the top of the Responses tab to filter across all response data. Search is case-insensitive and matches any field value — not just the pills shown on cards.
Bulk clear
To delete all responses for a form: 1. Click Clear Responses at the top of the tab 2. Confirm the prompt
This cannot be undone. Export your data first if you need to keep it.
