Built-in Themes
Lygotype ships with six complete built-in themes. Each theme is a full preset — colour palette, background pattern, typography defaults, button style, and animation profile.
The six themes

Applying a theme
1. Open your form in the builder 2. Click Theme in the left sidebar 3. Under Colors, click any theme preset to apply it
The preview updates immediately.
What a theme includes
Each built-in theme sets:
- Background colour — The page/canvas background
- Primary colour — Buttons, highlights, active states
- Text colours — Normal, dim, and muted text
- Border colours — Card and input borders
- Background pattern — A default pattern (overridable)
- Typography — Default font pairing suggestion
- Animation preset — Default question animation style
Themes are a starting point
Every value in a built-in theme is overridable. Apply a theme, then customize any detail using the colour pickers, font selectors, pattern picker, and card controls in the Theme Editor. Your customizations persist per-form.
